Frequently Asked Questions:
Q: Does Lotto Logic work with Vista?
A: Yes. After you have installed the program simply right click on the Lotto Logic Icon and select properties. Select the compatibility tab and at the bottom check mark the option to "Run program as an Administrator"
Q: How many past entries should I start with?
A: We recommend starting with 30 to 40 past entries from the date you start to use Lotto Logic and then begin tracking the best ranges for the next year or two. Please read the help file "Concepts and Strategies" for more in depth explanation.
Q: What would be the maximum amount of past draws that I should keep in my database?
A: We recommend anywhere from a year to two years: After a year or two it's probably safe to say that your lottery is not using the same machine, balls or parts anymore. It is probably even safer to say that they are not using the same machine or balls from 10 years ago provided your lottery has been around that long. An average of 1 to 2 years worth of entries keeps your data fresh with current results. For example, if you have 10 years worth of entries, Range Finder will find the best ranges using these entries. Unfortunately the machines or parts and balls have probably changed and so the results are technically correct but really incorrect because the machine and ball variables have changed.
Q: Can I use Lotto Logic to play California SuperLotto Plus, Wisconsin Money Roll, New Jersey 6/49 Lotto, multi-state Rolldown, Texas Lotto, Ohio Super Lotto Plus.?
A: Yes. Lotto Logic can be configured for any Lotto. Click here and this web page will help you set up Lotto Logic to play these new exciting lotteries!
Q: How do I change file settings, i.e. the range of numbers for the bonus number (which has increased in my case)
A: If any rules (settings) for your lottery change, then all your old data is useless because the machines and balls have definitely changed. This is a Lotto Logic safeguard to prevent you from using any useless data. Start a new file with your new lottery rules (settings), and only use drawings since the change occurred.
